Privacy notice.
When you purchase a Cavrynt dataset, Stripe processes your checkout and payment details. Cavrynt receives transaction identifiers and the buyer email needed to confirm payment, issue a private download link, prevent duplicate fulfillment and handle refunds or disputes. Order records are stored in Cloudflare D1. The purchased CSV is stored privately in Cloudflare R2, and delivery emails are sent through Resend.
We do not need your full payment card number to deliver a file, and we do not intentionally store it in our application database. Our infrastructure providers may process network and security information under their respective policies.
Delivery and retention
Download links are valid for seven days and allow up to five downloads. Transaction records may be retained for accounting, security, refunds, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Do not share your private download link.
Contact and requests
For an order-specific request, use the support contact shown on your Stripe checkout receipt and include your order date and transaction reference; never send card numbers.
