Purchase terms.
What you buy
Each $29 one-time purchase provides access to the specific dated, seven-day TABC pending-application CSV identified at checkout. No subscription is created. Government-reported filing data is provided for research and evaluation, not as a guarantee of opening dates, commercial intent, completeness or current licensing status.
Delivery
After payment confirmation, a private link is emailed to the address entered at checkout. The link expires after seven days or five downloads, whichever comes first. Access may be revoked following a refund, chargeback or confirmed payment reversal.
CSV usage license
A purchase permits the buyer to download and use the purchased Cavrynt-formatted CSV for their own research and internal business evaluation. This purchase does not grant permission to resell or redistribute the Cavrynt-formatted file as a Cavrynt product. This restriction does not limit any rights the buyer independently has to access, use, or redistribute underlying public government records from their original source. Cavrynt does not claim ownership of those government records.

Cavrynt is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission or the State of Texas. Buyers should verify important records against the official linked sources before taking action.
Refunds and privacy
Read the refund policy and privacy notice before purchase. For payment or delivery problems, use the support details provided in your Stripe receipt.
